Consumer right of return and refund

This clause only applies if you are a consumer.

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract during the period set out below. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the contract is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by an e-mail to [email protected].

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. The exceptions to this are:

  • for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
  • if your order contains more than 1 product and you wish to cancel part of the order then the delivery fee will not be reimbursed.
  • any custom orders or items not part of standard stock ordered in for you especially may not be reimbursed
  • the returned goods are damaged, soiled or if any necessary packaging is not returned (see details below)

Please make sure that all original garment labels and packaging are returned with the goods as this may diminish the value of the goods or is unsalable. Failure to return necessary packaging & labels may result in declining the goods or a reduced refund. 

Returned items must not be worn (apart from trying for size), soiled or damaged in any way, and must be in a saleable condition. If the item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. 

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay (usually within 1 day), and not later than-

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you.

If the consumer has received goods in connection with the contract you shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please make sure that the goods are adequately insured as the company cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of the goods during transit.

Exchanges

If you require a different item, simply follow the returns process above to obtain a refund and place a new order for the item you require. By placing an order you immediately save that item. e.g if you wish to exchange an item in a different size.

How To Return Your Item (non-EU countries)

For returns from non-EU countries, there will be an additional process (details may be different for each country) as detailed above as returns will come through UK customs. This is to avoid paying import duties once in the UK. Failure to follow this process will mean any duties, taxes  (that cannot be recovered) and expenses incurred by us will be recovered from the customer or offset from any refund.
